We've all had days where we can't seem to focus, asking that question too many times to count. For some of us, those days are more common than we'd like.
Whether it's fatigue, distractions, lack of motivation, or something else entirely, our inability to focus digs a hole in our productivity and, therefore, can jeopardize our chances of success.
👇So here are a few tips to help you enhance your focus.
Multitaskers might seem superhuman, but they pay a big price! Multitasking sometimes is counterproductive.
If the saying "practice makes perfect" is true, then meditation is a sure way to enhance focus because it takes a great deal of concentration. 😉
Exercise isn't just good for the body. It promotes brain health, too, which is important for memory capacity and concentration!
✔️Establish a to-do list.
To-do lists not only help you prioritize what tasks you need to get done first, but they can also serve as a record of the loose ends.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret.... I don’t wake up everyday feeling motivated. As a matter of fact I would say only about 50% of the time am I really pumped and motivated to do my cardio, stay within my diet, and follow my plan.
A very common question is “how do you stay so motivated? I cannot seem to find motivation.” You can’t train someone to be motivated. You can’t train someone to have heart and want to achieve success, they have to want it. (I have learn this the hard way in my coaching experience of wanting to help someone more than they want to help themselves.)
Creating your own motivation comes from having a passion for something. Wanting something so bad you will go to all ends to get it. I am not motivated, I am passionated about this lifestyle. I am obsessed with change. I am addicted to growth. It doesn’t always come easy. If you are trying to “find” motivation stop searching. Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself how bad you want it. #Motivation#SelfDiscipline
