Our NEW Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna entree is inspired by our culinary team's childhood memories of bagel flavors and the intoxicating smells of toasting poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes and onion. Our team created a combination of these flavors with the addition of sea salt to deliver a long crunchy palate adventure. Our Ahi Tuna gets this royal “everything” crust, delivering a bagel-shop memory to all. The dish is finished off with a Tzatziki garnish, nestled in the ginger tomato sauce, representative of the cream cheese smear that is popular on the ultimate bagel. Enjoy!

Circuit workout! I love doing circuits because they keep your heart rate elevated since there is minimal rest in between each exercise. If you want a workout at home with minimal equipment or don’t want to fight over equipment at at gym in the evenings, this is a great and fun workout. The only pet not recorded were the suicides that were after each set. The workout is as follows:
-20 reverse lunges
-20 squat thrusters -10 bent over rows
-10 push ups
-20 kettlebell swings
-10 curl to press
This is a fun AMRAP that I like to do if I am short on time and need a good workout. Aim for at least 30 minutes(3+ rounds) of work!:) Try it out!!

I really love this prelude to Russian Roll, but in my mind it has been dubbed, "the wrist grinder,". It doesn't take much for a lot of weight to come pouring into the base's wrist when it's in a vulnerable position, and few bad reps and your wrist gets KOed. So I was super pumped that @laragold24 was in Austin on business last week. We worked on this when I visited Denver last year, and she hasn't lost a step. It's not easy to fly this awkward move, but she rocked it. Wrist is just dandy, thanks 😀
