Can't believe this time 2 weeks ago I was getting all glammed up and ready to step on stage for the first time 🙈 Feels like it was ages ago though, such a weird feeling, it's good that I have pics and wonderful memories to come back to anytime 🙂🙌🏼
This Sunday when having pre workout meal, I set up my reverse diet calories and you can have a sneak peak on my stories if you are interested how I did that and what they are (approximately) 🤗
Legs&glutes also done, so now onto rest and recovery for the rest of the day 💆🏻

Lot of the weight which has come off is water weight in the morning so you will look smaller than normal. Hence hydrate! Hydrate!
