Bullet Proof Coffee.
I'm not knocking it, but sometimes I just want a good old fashioned coffee, ya know?
If you're okay with Dairy - this is a little hack I have come up with to have your favourite beverage with a good macro split to kickstart your fat fuelled day
2/3 cup heavy cream (check the ingredients, there ideally should be 1: milk and maybe some gelatine but that's it!)
1/3 cup water
Or have it cold as an Iced-coffee instead

A favourite saying my lecturers used to say through out my degree was "the Dose Makes the Medicine & the Poison"
Coffee has some great antioxidants and there's no denying the wonderful morning pick me up coffee makes. Limiting your daily coffee consumption is important, for sure. But unless you have some serious adrenal or liver dysfunction going on and need to heal your body - a Coffee a day gets an OKAY from me.👌
MCT oil is now in stock. This is good to use if you are on a low carb diet such as a Keto diet. Even if you aren't on a low carb diet there are a lot of health benefits of using MCT oil. A little of it goes a long way. You only need to start with half a teaspoon a day. There is no flavour to it so you can use it in smoothies or over your salads. If you make a bullet proof coffee in the mornings you can add the MCT oil to your coffee.

Now this quote from a guru on healthy & vibrant relationships (seriously, check her out) was really meant to be about sex/being intimate w your partner - but I think it translates into EVERYTHING.
If you're not having a good time, you won't want to keep doing it. & if you're doing it, you might as well have a good time.
Pleasure is NOT to be underestimated in ANY capacity, esp w something that is new, seems daunting, or could even be described as "hard" in the beginning.
You MUST make it good for you. It HAS to be good for you or you simply won't keep it up.
So whether that's timing, choices, schedule, duration, type of _____ - whatever make it GOOD FOR YOU.
AND the next level of enlightenment is to deliberately turn EVERYTHING into something that pleases you - whether you're actually altering it or not.
That's powerful shit. & it's a powerful person that can turn something doesn't feel like a day @ the park into something wildly fun & enjoyable. & when you do start to hit steel to flint again & again & then gently blow on those embers that become flames - your reality changes b/c your perception changes.
The more pleasurable something is the easier it is to make it happen & to follow through on it.

Friends NOT food 🐓 🐖 🐄 🐔 🐷 🐮 I try to wear as environmentally conscious and clean clothing as possible. 90% of the time I’m wearing 💯 cotton t-shirts (like on this picture), made in the US by some local artist. (This one I got from Etsy). Synthetic clothing doesn’t not let your body breath. Your skin is your largest organ, if you suffocate your skin with synthetic clothing all day everyday this will lead to dis-ease in your body. Cotton, linen clothing is great for your body and for the environment! 🌍
