"Femininity is not one specific thing; it's its own character trait with no singular identity, but you know you're in its presence when you encounter it.
When I’m in the presence of femininity, it feels soft and bold - almost intimidating. When I’m in the presence of someone who commands their femininity, it’s infuriating - like you want to challenge their superiority. In any case, it’s an energy that always generates inquisitiveness because you never know what will come of it. Like the saying goes, 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' (except femininity to me doesn’t refer to one gender”).
The biggest barrier for "women" in particular to understanding femininity? Especially in the [fashion] industry, in my experience, the inability to understand or empathize with someone else because of different upbringing etc. breeds competition; people will undermine you and your work ethic just because you carry different experiences."
