Being as busy as I have been with school my nutrition has not been on point lately. I’ve been struggling to get my calories in as I’ve been maintaining weight at around 3000-3200 calories on training days
Trying to get things back on track though as there were a couple days here and there where I under ate, but in the grand scheme of things this is fairly negligible. Being on campus at 9am and then not getting back home until 7-9pm on days I train can make it difficult to get in the amount of food I need to
Hopefully with the weekend coming I can regroup and get back in the swing of things and push my calories/training the next 4-5 weeks before my extended mini-cut. Thankfully training has still been going fairly well for the most part and pumps haven’t been too shabby either 💪

Okay, Shredded Wheat, you win. "Blasting" these Shreds with peanut butter and chocolate IS the perfect way to get me to eat your product. I was pretty disappointed at first. I tried these dry, and the taste of the peanut butter was made worse by the cocoa powder instead of them working well together. In milk, this cereal really thrives. There still isn't much of a good chocolate flavor, but the peanut butter is really nice, natural, and strong. These are filling, and they better be for the amount of calories they pack. 7.5/10. Found at Walmart. Even if you don't want to buy these, just pick up a box in the store. I've never felt heavier cereal, and I think it's interesting 🤷♀️
