The best pancakes in the world and the only thing that is helping with my sweet tooth. 🍫🍫
“It’s not about whether you spend your life in a boardroom, your bedroom, or on a beach with a Mai Tai in Maui. When you look back on your life, the only thing that matters is: Did you spend it doing what you love?” So many times I’ve heard people say things like:
1. Go out on the weekends more, you’ll regret not living a little later on.
2. You should enjoy the food you want, not waste your life dieting.
3. Don’t those countless hours in the gym get tiring? You should allow yourself to relax more often.
Thanks again everyone for the input but NO THANKS. 🙅🏽 The gym, fitness, this is what truly makes me happy. Every second I spend weight lifting, every exhausting minute I spend doing cardio, this is what not only relieves my stress, but fuels the fire within me for everything I do. This is what makes me who I am. And to be honest, I’m so darn proud of it.
I’m my best self when I’m:
1. In the gym
2. Eating healthy
3. Focused on my goals
So just because I’m not eating out, partying, or watching hours of tv doesn’t mean I’m not enjoying my life. Because guess what, I’m spending my free time doing something that I truly LOVE. And the fact that I found something that I’m so passionate about, is truly a blessing. 💜 So go find your passion..and spend your life doing just that. K bye. 🔥 #lovelife#positivevibes

Probably a lot of you can relate to this one. You're in a nice rhythm during the week, eating a lot of healthy meals and minimizing liquid calories. Maybe being a biiiit restrictive and inflexible, but overall nailing your calorie targets and staying in a moderate deficit Mon-Thu.
Then Friday hits. You do pretty well for breakfast and lunch, but then the evening rolls around. You're out with friends, and before you know it you've consumed 1800 calories of fried food and beer.
Then Sat comes around and the roof just blows off of your whole dieting operation. You try for breakfast, but have more fried food for lunch. A LOT of pizza in the evening, and even more alcohol. You're just trying to have a good time, and you're being a bit generous with your "estimations" of how many calories you're consuming.
Before you know it, you've completely erased your weekly deficit and even gone into a small surplus. Your progress that week stalls.
What's my point? Don't enjoy yourself on the weekend? Not at all. Far from it. I'm all for being flexible and having a good time with friends on the weekend, AND during the week. Don't overly restrict, period. Just be aware of how fast those cals can add up and fit it into your weekly targets. A bit of pizza and a drink or two is perfectly fine, but if you want to keep progressing and getting leaner then you need to be realistic and fit it in to your weekly targets.
As always, moderation and being flexible win the day. Enjoy the weekend my friends, but don't let it stall your progress.

Alrighty! Vote and I shall post! - WHAT IS IN MY PILL BOX?! 🤔💊💊💊 I get a lot of questions about what vitamins to take so I figured posting might help! Before I get started I just want to say that I am not certified & although these vitamins have many benefits I will just share some of the main reasons I take them for! ——————————————————————————- 1.) 💊Fish Oil - I take this for my skin, heart and overall body composition (4 a day)
2.) 💊Multi Vitamin - honestly something everyone should take!! A ton of benefits!
3.) 💊Calcium - strong bones baby & metabolism
4.) Folic Acid (Or Biotin) - Skin, nails & hair
5.) 💊Stomach Enzyme - to aid in digestion specifically while training
6.) 💊Vitamin D - (not pictured) Living in Michigan we don’t produce enough Vitamin D in the winter months. Helps with immunity/bone health & some say mood
7.) 💊Juice Plus (Veggie&Fruit) - because we never get enough 🙃 If interested in these, make sure to get in touch with @sarahlizfitness !!! Other.) I also used to take cinnamon pills in the morning to help with blood sugar and to help boost metabolism but now I include a lot of cinnamon in my foods throughout the day! ——————————————————————————This about sums it up! Again, I know there are several benefits for each of these but I wanted to post because I get a lot of questions from people asking what I take on a daily basis! Hope it helped 🙌🏼💁🏼♀️

Anything using "Dietary Resistant Fat" in their marketing is selling you nonsense. You need a percentage of body fat, and the rest can easily be taken off, with time. There is a diet for everyone (diet: the foods you habitually eat. It is NOT a weight loss plan, it is a lifestyle) and when you plateau it is typically from your body adjusting to your new lifestyle and you may need to retweak the diet again, or you need to include more intensive exercise. Everything is quick fixes, with a quick fix comes quick refailure. Anything meaningful will take time and meaningful change takes challenging yourself through pain and difficulty, but the results last a lifetime. Stop looking for your quick chase to vanity, in the end you die and your corpse rots. What matters is you have taken care of your soul and I have personally changed my life through diet and exercise and is something everyone can do FREE (many apps and free resources out there).

BLOATING: Typically due to a buildup of gas in the stomach and intestines. .
We have all battled this. It is uncomfortable and never any fun. I am already a gallon and a half deep of water today (3rd low carb day 💀) so I have a water belly going on 🤰🏼 not being shredded by the end of the night is normal. You should be full of food and water and not always walking around looking ripped.
MY TIPS ON HOW TO BEAT BLOATING!
•Cut back on carbonated drinks.
•Don’t overdo chewing gum.
•Eat smaller more frequent meals.
•Avoid too many “sugar free” foods.
•Eat a diet high in fiber.
•Watch for food intolerances you may have.
•Take a probiotic (healthy gut)

Ben Pollack hits a PR 805 lbs (365 kg)!!
Squat content updated daily!
Regrann from @phdeadlift - After my last post about doing a bodybuilding show a lot of people assumed that I’m done with powerlifting, so here’s a PR 805 squat (my first over 8) - after having done only highbar beltless work with less than 600 for the past month or more. I don’t plan on getting weaker 😂 In all seriousness, even though the weight moved well, I shouldn’t have attempted it without a better plan. I needed to move something heavy to help deal with being pretty darn stressedout over (hopefully) finishing school and moving on with my life.

The Doctor is in. Cailer Woolam with some big pulls.
Powerlifting content updated daily!
Regrann from @doctor.deadlift - 805 lbs (365 kg) sumo. 700 lbs (318 kg) conventional w/140lb of bands.(Ohio power bar) Then did 10x525 with the band's then 10x 525 no bands. Yesterday was my hard squat day but since my heavy deadlift day last week was garbage from being sick I decided to throw in some extra pulls today to make up for it. Felt pretty good considering my legs were a little beat. The @mbslingshot biggie cuffs felt really good for my knees!
Sith Lord Ren is gaining power by the day. Your hate over sumo deadlifts fuels him. Keep hating. He is growing stronger. The dark side is powerful (sumo style).
