I used a bag of frozen berry mix, non fat plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds & honey.
It's super simple! Just fill up a muffin tray with yogurt, place the berries in the yogurt. Then, sprinkle chia seeds & drizzle honey on top of each. Freeze over night and you'll wake up to delicious snack!

Spicy Maple Nuts by @nadiashealthykitchen 🔥🌰❤️ A delicious on the go snack!
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan assisted.
Add all the nuts to a large bowl along with the chilli, cinnamon, garlic and salt. Give everything a quick mix.
Pour over the maple syrup and mix again ensuring that all the nuts are well coated. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, giving it a stir half way through.
Leave to cool completely.
Got home from yoga and accidentally made the best pasta dish of all time!

Friday nights are worth celebrating! ✨ These DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNK cookies can be thrown together in no time 😉 thin and crispy and v CHOCOLATEY (recipe below) 🍫 I had a quiet evening earlier organizing our closet - so therapeutic! - and intermittently watching the Bachelor (I know 😬) while Nathan took baby girl on a daddy-daughter date. It was aaaaaamazing. Anyone else just love to chill out alone sometimes? Or all the time? 💁🏻♀️
DARK CHOC CHUNK COOKIES
1/2 cup butter OR vegan butter, softened/room temp
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1 Tbsp flax meal + 3 Tbsp hot water)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup AP flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Scant 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate - for those melty pools 😍
1. Preheat oven to 350 and prep baking sheet
2. Make flax egg
3. In large bowl cream butter and sugar
4. Add flax egg and vanilla
5. In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
6. Add dry ingredients to wet
7. Stir in chopped chocolate until just mixed
8. Refrigerate for 30 min
9. Bake at 350 for 7-9 min or until edges are barely browned
