Okay so I'm a little obsessed with microgreens at the moment. You have to try them, you won't be disappointed. This was breakfast this morning: whole grain bread, mashed avocado, 2 eggs, microgreens, and red pepper flakes. So much flavor in every bite.
One of my favorite seasonings! We add this to a lot of the vegetables we eat. It tastes amazing on sautéed cabbage w/butter, salads, broccoli, and even eggs! A good seasoning makes a world of difference if you think vegetables are usually bland, so spice it up! Not to mention 0 carbs and sugar and 5 calories for 1/4 tsp. Find someone that will make breakfast for you after a druken night out. Or bring you your favourites no matter how difficult or from how far just because they love you and love making you happy. Kiss them lots and hold them dearly. It's the little things that mean the most.
