It took me forever to decide to post a “before” picture because I hated how I looked and was honestly embarrassed. But when I put it side by side to a picture I took today I realized how far I’ve come and felt way too proud not to post. 1/8/18 was the first day of my journey. This is a 6 week difference, 11 lbs down. I can’t wait for the 6 month picture 🙌🏼

Have you tried using the BATTLE ROPES? What are your thoughts? Sadly many people forget about them.

3rd week back at running after my leg injury that left me out of commission for most of 2017. I get frustrated that losing the weight I gained is feeling near impossible. I get annoyed that I can only run consistently at 5.5 or less. I keep telling myself it will get better. I will get faster, stronger and back to where I was physically. I just need to keep moving forward because hard work pays off. #beastmode
