-1 head cauliflower
-2 T Italian seasoning
-2 t garlic powder
-2 t sea salt
Rice the cauliflower by pulsing it up in a blender or food processor (or just buy Trader Joe’s riced cauliflower). Mix in the other ingredients and press flat on a baking sheet with parchment paper. The flatter you make it the crispier it’ll get! Bake at 425F for 40 minutes. Add toppings and bake another 12 minutes

They use a combination of perfectly fried crinkle fries and tater tots along with crispy Canadian bacon, hot pepper Swiss cheese, and brown sugar. For the final touch, it’s generously doused in a creamy “everything bagel” spiced hollandaise. It’s savory with a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar. Seriously, one of the most addictive loaded fries I have ever had. Holy yum...

This was simple and delicious! Janet & Greta’s @yumandyummer chicken meatballs with caramelized onions and swiss cheese. On top of @greengiant cheddar & bacon mashed cauliflower
I found the meat balls at @costco and the mashed cauliflower at @sobeys

Leftover sirloin tip roast never looked so good! The only thing on this sandwich that wasn’t homemade is the Swiss cheese.
We did it Rueben style with sliced grassfed beef roast, home fermented sauerkraut, homemade Thousand Island, and homemade sourdough bread! Can’t beat #madefromscratch
Heritage Asian Eatery was a place that was all over social media and I had to check it out! It’s a cafeteria style restaurant where you go up and order then they call your name out. For how busy it was, they were super organized and I got my food in a good reasonable amount of time. The rice bowl and udon didn’t blow me out of the water, but still tasty. The cauliflower and cucumber on the other hand was a no for me. But the egg was cooked perfectly and the presentation of everything was beautiful! 🍚🍜🥢❤️
