I spent years and years trapped under the diet mentality, thinking ahead to eat low-fat, sugar-free, processed foods that were 100 cal or less in order to get thin. All I did was poison my body, and my mind. Not to mention, freaking STARVE! Yes, I once actually starved myself on bran cereal and water for almost a month! Insane! 🤯

Toasted Pumpkin Chai Oats w/ dates & blueberry chia jam 🎃🤤 walked out of my apartment this morning to go to crossfit and it was 0 degrees F... i don’t think anything else needs to be said😂 But if you guys haven’t toasted your oats with some nuts/seeds before cooking them, you have to give it a shot! Hope you all are having a great Tuesday 🤙🏽
@lovegrown super oats toasted on the stove w/ some pumpkin seeds for about 1 min. Then cooked in almond milk, finely chopped dates, some pumpkin purée, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves & salt. Then topped it with some toasted muesli granola, @traderjoes mixed nut butter & blueberry chia jam (recipe on my stories)
