Preparation is key. I usually hit up the grocery store 3-4 times a week, not just because I enjoying buying food (it’s really an adventure to me lol) but I like staying stocked up fresh. Especially on essentials. Grocery shopping truly is an art. Knowing what to buy, when to buy, how long foods last, when fruit ripens, price deals, etc. It’s a skill I’m constantly improving on. I buy bananas a week in advance, so I always have ripe ones available. There’s also other foods I typical by in advance and some foods I prefer to buy and eat the same day or up to a couple days after. There’s really so many variables, that’s why experience is the best teacher. Glorious stir fry! Today was a day where I felt like I needed to constantly eat all day long. I know that sometimes we have this idea that " we ate enough " so we will even allow ourselves to sit with hunger but when you are constantly moving and expending a lot of energy through your day you do need fuel so there is no need to deprive! I probably ate around 2500 calories today but I know I needed it. I also know that if I under eat it leads to binging. So basically you need to just listen to your body eat when you are hungry. Stop when you are full. Allow yourself to eat more if you expend excess amounts of energy without guilt. Food = fuel.

Alto!!!! Tu sais la motivation viendra avec le temps et elle ça va varier, c’est un parcours montagneux.
Tu sais…. il y a des jours que rien t’arrêtera mais d’autres que tu as besoins de te faire motiver,crois moi, c’est normal!!! Tu sais….un jours je me suis levé et je me suis dit que c’était assez. J’ai décidé de passer enfin à l’action.
même si je suis atteins de la fibromyalgie. C’est pas une raison pour laisser mon corps douloureux à l’abandon.
1. Je suis atteints de fibromyalgie.
2. Mon moral était comme si comme ça.
3. J'avais encore de contrôler mes douleurs.
4. Je n'étais tout simplement plus bien avec moi même et je cherchais désespérément un sense à ma vie.
Bien oui, j’ai dû repousser mes pensées limitantes et mes excuses. J’ai dû me parler au début et de foncer à fond comme un taureau pour être capable de passer à l’action.
Je voudrais juste de dire que si tu attends encore RIEN va arriver. Tu dois par toi même passer à l’action.
Arrête d'attendre le bon moment. Car il en n’a pas de bonne date.Ta date va être la bonne.😊 Tu es fatigué ?
Tu n'a pas d'énergie ?
T'aimerais toi aussi te sentir bien ?
Tu es tanné d'être dans ce cercle vicieux ?

When I first was taking this photo to mark my 37 week journey I began to pick myself apart. 🙈
Looking at my swollen feet, saying eww, my cellulite legs, my huge fat belly, my swollen face but... Then I stopped myself I said know what Demi, yes you can stand there and pick yourself apart making this day already harder then it is or... You can empower yourself.
I began pointing out all the positive and started to cry.
Look at how strong my legs are for not doing my work outs in months, that belly it's literally all baby, your face is so beautiful with the most catching smiling, you have been so strong with your food cravings and trying your best with your meal plans that you've only gained 40 pounds! While last time it was closer to over 100 POUNDS. 🙈
I just stood there crying. I cried bc I'm pregnant and way to emotional but I also cried because along this journey we are so rough on ourselves worrying if we have gained to much weight, comparing bump pics with all these beautiful mama's on Facebook that can somehow work out till the day they deliver and still be rocking a 6 pack. 🏋️♀️ We aren't them so why compare? 🤔
This journey is for you and your babe. And what's best for the both (or some cases more) of y'all. 💕
Don't listen to the mean voice or person saying what your doing is wrong or that your "to big". Bc girl your not! Your a fucking goddess who has risked it all to create this beautiful baby. Your stronger then you think and give yourself half the credit you deserve. 🙈
So if your preggo(or not) and feeling down just ripping yourself apart, know that your not those things you are beautiful, strong and worth so much! 💕😚😍

If there’s only one thing I could choose from the @medicalmedium Healing cleanse,this would be juicing in the morning.I tried many green juice recipes in the past and most of them were super delicious,yet would leave me very hungry and cause a lot of anxiety.Anthony’s simple recipes though have had a very calming effect🦋It might be the raw food and the extra Kangoo classes as well but for the first time in months,I didn’t have negative thoughts about my body or self-criticism.As a person who’s been on a love-hate relationship with her body almost the entire life,this is something I’m really proud of.Day 6 has brought a lot of peace and am so so so grateful for this feeling.I had the same smoothies and also made the Healing Soup for the first time and it truly was like a balm for the soul-raw yet very filling,sweet and salty at the same time and very nourishing.Will definitely do it again💕 All these recipes have reminded me that plant-based food is amazing for us🥒🍊🍅🍌🍋🥑🥦🥝(&yes,I am a bit obsessed with white&black T-shirts🙈)

I love how most cherimoyas are heart shaped, too ☺️❤️
If you haven’t yet, I recommend trying this delicious fruit. They’re usually quite expensive here in U.S.(~$6-8 a lb).
Make sure to wait until they become fully ripe (have a give to touch and a sweet smell on the outside) and enjoy 😇🙏
