Today Johann and I will start the Kichadi cleanse from @mynewroots . Three days of only eating kichadi and drinking lots of water. Normally I never join detox programs or juice cleanses but I love the idea of giving your body a little break and perhaps it will help me get rid of that stupid flu. I will share more about the cleanse in my ig stories. So with the cleanse in mind we made sure we enjoyed our ‘regular’ breakfast yesterday. Funny how you can make something special with adjusting a few simple things; we used warm and frothed almond milk, toasted some flaked almonds and baked the banana in some coconut butter. Also serving it in this beautiful ceramic pieces from @hendkrichen made it extra special. Check out their account for more gorgeous pieces.

Yesterday I made some gluten free cinnamon and cardamom granola with oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, almonds and walnuts. A delicious start of the new week 👌🏻

Pronti per affrontare il #lunedì? 💪🏻 Intanto che ci penso facciamo colazione! Riparto con questo tortino cotto 5 minuti-5 nel bollilatte (10 gr farina di cocco, 10 gr di farina di mandorle, 20 gr di proteine whey90, 60 ml di acqua, un emulsione di cacao, acqua e miele a guarnire)... e si parte!

Blueberry Muffins is exactly what the doctor ordered— @drjoshaxe , that is! .
These muffins are free of gluten and diary free and full of satisfaction. I followed Dr.Axe’s recipe and added a few flavor adjustments.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix 2 cups almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, pinch of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger in one bowl. In another bowl mix 3 eggs, 5 tablespoons and melted coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of honey/stevia mix. Combine two bowls together then fold in a cup of blueberries. Grease bottoms of a cupcake pan with melted coconut oil. Fill each cupcake holder to the brim with batter. Place in over until golden and a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted into one muffin—about 15 minutes.
