This week was a struggle! They always say week one and week three are the hardest, I CONCUR. I struggled this week. But struggles don't mean you quit, push a little harder. ✊🏻 I can't express to you how happy I am to get rid of that bloating & have my flat tummy! Goals are in place, this is just week 3 🙌🏻 Here we go! Abs I'm coming for ya 😋👻

massage kale with @primalkitchenfoods green goddess dressing + sea salt + pepper. mix in shaved brussels (I just buy the bag at @traderjoes) + roasted butternut squash + cooked quinoa + pom seeds. I had some of this with apple chicken sausage & it was so good 🙌🏻

Tonight's dinner is Sesame Garlic Shrimp and pasta made with @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic. It's a healthier alternative to shrimp scampi which is loaded with butter and calories but still has all the delicious flavor. To make the shrimp: 🔹1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
🔹1/2 cup nutritional yeast
🔹4 tablespoons @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic.
🔹1 tablespoon minced garlic.
🔹2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
🔹juice of half a lemon
🔹splash of white wine
🔹2 tablespoons fresh cilantro roughly chopped.
🔹salt and pepper to taste
Pour nutritional yeast onto a plate and generously coat the shrimp. Heat @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic in a large pan on the stove top on medium high heat until hot but not smoking. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add in the shrimp tossing occasionally until it just turns pink. Add sesame seeds and cook tossing occasionally for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the white wine and lemon juice. It should sizzle. Toss and and coat the shrimp in the sesame garlic sauce mixture in the pan. Season with salt and pepper remove from heat and mix in the cilantro. * 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
* 2 large eggs, beaten
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 small onion, diced
* 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
* 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
* 1 zucchini, chopped
* 1/2 cup frozen corn
* 1/2 cup frozen peas
* 2 carrots, peeled and grated
* 3 cups cooked quinoa
* 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 green onions, sliced
* Sriracha, for serving

I’m really, really bad at wrapping tortillas into burritos 🤦🏻♀️ so I improvised and made these deconstructed breakfast burritos instead! Basically the same thing, right? 😂 they’re filled with eggs, red bell pepper, mushroom, avocado and @drpraegers four potato puffs — I’ve loved adding potato to my breakfast burritos since college, and these are SO good!
