I have no fun caption as it's been long work week but oh well my salad is still pretty. 😂
My Salad is is made of:
-Baby Spinach & Mixed Greens
-Shredded Carrots -Turkey Bacon
-Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
Starting my day with all the greens then attempting my Christmas shopping! 🙈🌴🥒🍋🌿🍃🌱
1 celery stem, about 2 cups kale, about 1.5 cups coconut water, 1/3 cucumber, 1 knob fresh ginger, half a peeled lemon, a handful mint leaves, 1/2 frozen banana, handful frozen mango cubes. Blend till smooth - serves 2! #greens#greensmoothie#green#smoothie#smoothies#nourishing
Morning matcha before the day gets too hot. I know matcha is good for you, and I often add it to my smoothies, but a real (sugar free) matcha latte is an acquired taste. I find it quite earthy and green. I made this one with homemade almond milk. Big thanks to @dr.vivian for the recipe. #matcha#greens#summerdays

My days in America are SO chill compared to when we were living in China. With no language class to attend, so much food already pre-made, and no friends other than Brett’s family in Nashville...my days are basically wide open! This season of rest is so needed though. I love having tons of time to read, prepare for our baby girl’s arrival and rest 🙌🏼
And while I always have time to make special things for breakfast, I keep reverting back to my favorite: CHOCOLATE ZOATS with PEANUT BUTTER, CACAO NIBS & WALNUTS...it never gets old!
