Squats (Top set): 410 x 1 x 2
Squats (working): 360 x 4 x 4
Bench (Top set): 290 x 1 x 2 (I didn't count the 3rd rep because I didn't pause 😝)
Bench (working): 260 x 3 x 6 with 2 sec pauses
Things are progressing along pretty well, sitting at around 179-180lbs bodyweight
I know powerlifting doesn't get the same respect as bodybuilding, however I definitely do enjoy it, challenging my strength physically and mentally and just always trying to maximize my overall potential
