This is your daily reminder that YOU are the most important person in your life. As a human beings, we can be our own worst enemies at times. We get so focused and caught up in things we don't like about ourselves that we forget how amazing we actually are.
You can't have a great relationship with anyone, if you don't first and foremost have a good relationship with yourself. It's inside ourselves that we have to live day after day. You can forever rearrange the outsides to try and make things feel whole, but wholeness moves from the inside out, not the other way around.
