One day closer to the weekend, meaning one day closer to weigh day 🤦🏼♀️. I didn’t weigh in last Saturday as I knew I was having a late night out last Friday 🥂. I’ve not really been on plan last week or this week. It’s like the closer I get to target, the harder I find it to stay on plan. Still 3 more days to turn it around 💪🏼

Moto - Pull It & Drop It
Add weight, pull as many reps, drop weight, pull as many reps, repeat until it can't be executed without coming off the bar.
That video was somewhere around set 7, quality suffered as a result but hey no excuses!
Try it adapting weight/sets/reps to your strength levels and see how you feel 😉

The style of training I use and how I use it is friggin' tough and it is stopping a lot of people training with me, basically they are judging before trialling. 'It looks too tough'
'I'm too unfit/old to do that'
'My body can't do that'
It is achievable by all and all are welcome to come have a go.
You'll either love it or hate it and the ones who hate it only hate it because they do not like hard work.
I will not change my style of training to suit the masses, I only offer the best because the best works. Yeah it hurts the hip pocket at the moment and I apologise to my family for that, but my wife and boys and my HHF family stick it out with me as they know my vision and know that together we can acheive anything. Raw Carrot Cake with wild blueberry cream frosting by @ellenfisher 💙⠀
4 cups carrot pulp⠀
1/2 cup walnuts⠀
1/2 cup raisins⠀
1/2 cup coconut flakes⠀
6 medjool dates, pitted⠀
1 pinky size piece ginger⠀
4 tbsp maple syrup⠀
1 tbsp Cinnamon ⠀
3 cups soaked raw cashews, 1 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup coconut meat, maple syrup to taste, vanilla⠀
DIRECTIONS: Blend the frosting ingredients until smooth. Freeze for a few hours to thicken/harden. Food process the filling ingredients. Then take the frosting out of the freezer and layer the filling and frosting in a cake pan. top with a layer of frosting that is stirred with wild blueberries. Freeze for a few more hours. Serve.
