RELEASE TENSION THROUGH THE MID SECTION OF YOUR BACK - carrying bub around puts a load of pressure through a number of areas and can cause some discomfort in your back. This one is great to release tension throught the mid/upper back and rear shoulders. As you place your arm on the ground, make sure your palm is facing upward to the sky, and apply pressure from your hand all the way through to your shoulder. If done correctly you'll feel your back open up and you'll get a lovely little stretch. Hold of 10 seconds, appyling more stretch as necessary. Alternatate sides. Tried out these @liveorganicfood kale caraway slices today with some of my homemade pesto + cucumbers + @manitobaharvest hemp seeds & another with @kitehillfoods chives dairy free cream cheese spread & WOW🙌
They are full of fibre & made with some incredible ingredients (hello flax, olive oil, onion, kale, & sundries tomatoes) 🍅 .
Made for the perfect snack! As I start prepping for my sugar/sweetener free challenge next week I'm trying to add more savoury meals & snacks to my regime! This one will be a regular addition for sure! What are some of your favourite savoury snacks? Let me know below!👇

Cinnamon Date Buckwheat Bowl for the first meal of the day 🤤 actually wasn’t even going to post this but i’ve been eating this almost everyday & it’s too good not to share👌🏽 i feel like buckwheat groats are so underrated.. it’s actually a seed shown to be extremely beneficial for health and digestion especially b/c it’s packed with fiber, protein (providing 2 types of essential amino acids) & antioxidants! Anyone else a fan of buckwheat?!
