Don’t be tied to one method. It’s good to have a philosophy and it’s good to have a consistent plan, but make sure you give yourself options for the inevitable times you cannot follow it
Know how to train with the barbell. Know how to use your bodyweight. Learn how to use kettlebells and suspension trainers and sandbags. You will never be wanting for a workout
One superset from my workout today because the gym was so busy so any other videos didn’t turn out great 💁🏻♀️
Swipe right for full workout & right again for the motivation that got me to the gym today when I did not want to go!! A video about a 99 year old man who goes to the gym because it makes him feel happy that I seen on Facebook which made me think about how good the gym makes me feel, which surpasses any excuse I was making 🙆🏻♀️
"I woke up like this🎶"
So I took this picture this morning and I realised around this time last year is when I first started getting into the gym and this right here is proof that a bit of dedication and consistency can get you wherever you want to be. I didn't spend crazy amounts of time in the gym, didn't restrict my diet to the extent that I couldn't even enjoy a fucking doughnut..... or 7🍩
and I still go out every so often and enjoy myself🍻
To be honest I could of progressed a lot more this year if put more time and effort into training, nutrition, sleep, etc. But I got great results for the amount of work I put in.
So what I'm trying to say is that you don't necessarily have to revolve your whole life around the gym just to make progress and I think most people understand this.
If you are reading this and you aren't happy with how you look you can either accept it or change, this might sound harsh but it's true.
If however you want to change your lifestyle
(Eat better, exercise more, etc) you have the potential to do so, everyone does it's just a matter of how bad you want it.
If anyone wants to start their journey but don't know how to and would like help DM on here I'd be more than happy to give you a hand, or you check out my "Beginners Guide to the Gym" on YouTube and maybe learn a thing or two from it.
If you want something go get it don't wish for it to come to you✌🏽

Life is too short.... Don’t waste it reading my caption...🤨
✨✨Build Core Strength✨✨
This is my first Instagram video!!
These 3 simple exercises when performed correctly can help build a strong core. Upon watching myself there a few simple things which I could be doing to improve these exercises.
- alignment is very important. Hand placement should be directly under the shoulder... my hand is slightly away from my body. -Control the movement. In order to achieve the maximum benefits from these exercises slow controlled movements will get the best results. In the final exercise my top hand placement is not in alignment with my shoulders and bottom hand. Better control of the moving arms will get better results.
What other body areas or exercises would you like me to demonstrate next?? Comment below⬇️⬇️ ______________________________________
SUNDAY MOTIVATION ✌️....In the most humble way possible... I am irreplaceable just like everyone else is.. that’s why you need to take advantage of your time, set goals, ACHIEVE things to show yourself what you’re made off. “Like the world only gets one of me.... I only get one chance at being something great”. This is all coming from the guy who is still trying to find his ‘great thing’.
4 weeks new training program drop quad size and add volume to glutes .. new format of training commencing again this week after some adjustments. Its super important to take your progress photos to track your changes and ensure your plan is working.
When I was younger I was obsessed with looking a certain way! I would basically starve myself so that the scales would show a certain number! At one stage I was eating only and apple and a yoghurt all day! I would feel sick, weak and often took my anger and sadness out on other people! I was not just hurting myself but those around me! Since finding #bbg my whole relationship with food has changed! This change has only improved with finding my love of cooking with the help of books like Re-nourish by @rhitrition and the two amazing @kayla_itsines books! Now I have learned how to have a healthy balance diet and how to treat my body well! Remember it's all about balance not starving yourself!
