Oops! Here's a #latergram for you... I totally forgot to post my #macros from yesterday! Also here's my #aftermidnight lunch because #nightshift problems. I am really having a hard time trying to do #IF while working nights. I eat at like 5:45pm, 1:30am, then when I get home at 8:30am I'm STARVING. This morning, the #131DietRecipes#butterchicken kept me full for a long time! (Also, bacon wrapped asparagus!!) The macros are different than the recipe though bc I used b/s chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. So my protein count was really high this morning! I tried to only eat fat when I got home at 8:30pm and tonight going into work, I just had butter coffee. So in a way, I'm still "fasting" since I went to bed at 0900. Maybe I can make it until lunch when i eat next. Either way, I convert back to a day shift schedule tomorrow and it'll get thrown off. Such is life! .
The #ketoflu was better last night. I had a decent amount of energy but did get really tired/brain foggy around 0400. But the headache was gone!
