I’m not a runner. I’m terrible at it and it hurts my screwed (literally) ankle. But dammit I told myself I’d hit the distance goal for running as a bonus this week, so I’m going to do it. Slowly? Sure. But I’m faster than if I didn’t run at all... so💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️

Day 3 of my 80 day challenge complete! Trying out this whole timed nutrition out as well 😊 I used to hate working out with my kids around until I realized I couldn’t lead by example if they were never around to be involved and see how hard it is sometimes. Now they strike random yoga poses throughout the day and encourage me when they see me dying in a workout (but they all still think it’s disgusting when I sweat) 2 of the 4 joined me today and I definitely had some proud mama moments 😍

This is the biggest health/fitness commitment I’ve done so far (yes I’m only in day 3). 🙈 it honestly scared me to commit...and that’s how I knew I had to do it!! But here were a couple first thoughts....
☝🏼- this is my first time doing anything “timed nutrition”. 😱 When I glanced at the meal plan, the inner eating disorder in me FREAKED out. How can I possibly eat this many times a day?! But after sitting down, figuring out my portion containers and planning what I’ll actually eat, it’s actually not that bad! 🤷🏼♀️ and for the first time, I have complete confidence I can do this 👊🏼
✌🏼- I’m used to doing 30 Min workouts. These range from 20min-60min. That scared me. My kids are wild and 30 Min was usually pushing it for me 😂 BUT with two workouts done (both 60 Min), it actually flew by and my kids stayed occupied that long. 🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️ so I’m figuring out which time to workout so the babes are good...its still a work in progress, but coming along nicely so THAT excites me. 😍
So what I’m excited the MOST about with this program is BALANCE. I’m figuring out how to live my life with a healthy balance and more organization not just for myself, but my family as well!! 🌈🌈 This isn’t some fad, this is a lifestyle that I am determined to master and to set a good example for my children! 🤗

Some booty work with a side of pig piles🍑🐷 Tonight was my second night of evening workouts and is a transition that will take a little getting use to.
With the craziness these two bring to my workout it may be an easier change than what I was expecting and definitely adds a whole new element of entertainment and difficulty🙌

I came across this verse last week & @shawnaaarenee instantly came to mind. I really do think her wisdom it what draws so many different people to her. I saw her heart break a little as she realized she wouldn't see her 5th graders today. I know they are sad they won't see her.
