▫️Weighted double leg lowers (to modify drop weight &/or do single leg lowers) x12
▫️Controlled weighted flutters (to modify do one leg at a time & have legs higher) x40
▫️Plank saws x12 (just hold plank to modify ~30sec-1min)
▫️Side plank twists x10/10 (just hold plank ~30sec to modify/remove twist/drop to side of knees instead of on feet)
