Espaguete de abobrinha ao molho de shimeji. E para temperar o shimeji 👉 coco aminos Copra que tempera sem adicionar sódio!
Refogue cebola roxa em azeite e adicione o espaguete de abobrinha e o shimeji AO MESMO TEMPO, refogue em fogo alto por 1 minuto e jogue o molho amino, 2 colheres de sopa, no final.
Em mais 1 minuto no máximo está pronto!!!! E di-vi-no!!!! 😋😋😋
Wasn't going to update MyFitnessPal yesterday after I had about a cup of mozz cheese as a snack, 6 slices of bologna for dinner, then a cheesy rollup from Taco Bell that my bf got me (I guess I wasn't clear with him that I'm back on keto), but I am 1 lb down from yesterday, so I decided to enter it and my macros aren't bad.. High in carbs, but pretty even over all.
Grain free tortilla!! 1/5 cup almond flour
4 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon xantham gum
5 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper
Pinch garlic powder
Pour a thin layer in a lightly greased pan I used a small frying pan the size of the tortilla. Pour a small amount in and spread it out in the pan, if it's not thin you will have a pan cake not a tortilla.
SUGAR ALTERNATIVES 🍩
Sugar is a heavily processed and refined food with minimal nutrients. There are a large number of sugar alternatives, some bad and some good. -
Artificial sweeteners like saccharin, aspartame and Splenda should be avoided at all costs! The sweeteners we recommend are:
-Blackstrap molasses- This is a syrup made from raw sugar cane, it is still high in nutrients compared to heavily refined sugar which is also made from the sugar cane. For this reason it provides iron, calcium, copper, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and zinc.
-Raw Honey-This is a good alternative because it is also a food. It’s important to get honey in its raw, unpasteurised and unprocessed form. In its raw form, honey contains enzymes, antioxidants, iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B6, riboflavin and niacin.
* -Coconut sugar- Coconut sugar is low GI and has a rich mineral content.
-Stevia- Stevia is made from a plant and is 300x sweeter than sugar, it has no calories and has no glycaemic impact meaning it’s great for diabetics.
-Maple syrup- This is another great choice, packed full of mineral and antioxidants. -
When it comes to sugar alternatives it’s important to remember that while they are a healthier option, they are still sugar and should all be used in moderation.

Meal prepped paleo protein waffles: follow @startrightfoods paleo pancake & waffle mix package directions. Add 1 scoop @nuzest_usa chai functional protein powder (MEDGAL for discount), cinnamon. Top with blueberries, @oatmygoodness bad monkey granola + @parkersrealmaple maple syrup. Pack in a tupp and eat on the go with a large frothy latte ☕️🥞🙌🏼
Just hearing the word “detox” or “cleanse” makes me cringe. There was a time (during my ED days) when I fell for it. I remember my skin LIT-ch-rally turned orange from eating only carrots... 😳🥕I kid you not, it was quite disturbing. There was a time when my entire diet consisted of miso soup, diet soda, and gum (didn’t ingest😗💫). Thank GOD for flexible dieting and learning how it actually works. It bothers me that there are a LOT of messed up people making $$ off these scams (and other scams don’t even get me started smh) just screwing up people’s metabolisms. Detoxes/cleanses are euphemisms for starving yourself. That is the reality of the situation, just speaking the truth in love my peeps! Friends don’t let friends do detoxes/cleanses, your liver has ya covered👌 If you have any questions about this feel free to DM me. BOLO DE BANANA ❤️ Ficou uma delícia, super saudável e rapidinho ficou pronto! Foi perfeito para o café da manhã! Anotem a receita:
🍌🍌🍌RECEITA BOLO DE BANANA 🍌🍌🍌
✅ 5 bananas prata maduras
✅ 5 ovos inteiros
✅ 2 col de sopa de óleo de coco
✅ 2 colheres de sopa de adoçante culinário ou o açúcar que preferir
✅ 2 xícaras de farinha de aveia
✅ 1 colher de sopa de fermento
✅ 2 bananas picadas em fatias
✅ 100g de chocolate sem açúcar
Modo de preparo: Untar a assadeira com farinha e reservar. Bater no liquidificador todos os outros ingredientes para fazer a massa (as 5 bananas, os ovos, a farinha de aveia, o óleo de coco e o fermento), despejar na assadeira e colocar por cima as fatias de banana e o chocolate. Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 220 graus por 25 minutos. Fica espetacular ❤️️
