Today was not a good day for me. I can make all the excuses like being really sick right now, or getting no sleep last night, and whilst they may be true... I'm not going to make excuses.
Instead I'm going to accept that I made no progress today.
Because it's okay to not always be okay. Hopefully for determined people like us we have more good days then bad but we shouldn't beat ourselves up when the bad days come around.
And there's something else too. I did manage to do something productive. I picked one thing from my list and made sure I did it. And I can at least be proud of that.
When the next bad day comes around for you, do at least one thing from your list and allow yourself to feel accomplished with that.
And if you don't manage to tick something off your list, that's okay too!
We can try again tomorrow.
