An old lith print from last year. As I won't have access to a darkroom for a while I can only go through my archive. This is a study taken at Blackford Hill in Edinburgh, some time last spring. I used my (then) new Fujifilm Zoom Date 1000, a very compact point and shoot camera with a 28mm lens, great for capturing wider scenes that some of my vintage cameras with fix lenses can' t get. Paper is Forte Polygrade.

Continuing on with the Treebeard them inspired by LOTR, here's another very characterful pine tree captured on the same morning as my previous image.
We've had some snow here recently but I'm busy running a 121 workshop tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have another fresh covering soon :)
The most significant gifts are the ones most easily overlooked. Small, everyday blessings: woods, health, music, laughter, memories, books, family, friends, second chances, warm fireplaces, and all the footprints scattered throughout our days
