Alright guys, let's be real here! It's a Friday and I'm very sad to say I missed the past 2 days of workouts! Part of me regrets that and the other part of me is like meh it's just two days. When in reality, I'm more tired during the day, I feel sluggish, and less motivated! I'm very happy it's Friday and weekend is almost here! Tonight I'm going to a steakhouse and I'm pretty sure I will be tempted to eat a whole lot of food. Really I should not feel bad about it because it is my dad's birthday and we are celebrating it! Do I have to feel bad about eating there or not? That is my dilemma, well that and my wild hair day! Lol!

Some mornings there is no motivation...no inspiration. Some mornings require pure GRIT.
That is this morning. “Just get up Cherise! Get your butt out of bed. Drink your dang vitamin shake. Get your dang workout in. And SUCK IT UP!”
There you have it on this Friday morning. Some days there is no motivation and positivity...it’s just grit...and maybe a little FOMO that I don’t want to be a day behind everyone else doing the same program as me 😜. .
Not every day is sunshine and rainbows...but you plug away through the crap and do it anyway.
