Be mindful of placating to others, putting all of their needs before your own, this is not an equal relationship no matter how much we do for the other person out of love. The longer this goes on it can breed feelings of frustration and self resentment for not getting our needs met!
Speaking up for yourself and what you want and need from a relationship shouldn't be terrifying or seen as selfish, if you can't see your partner going out of their way to treat you the way you treat them then something needs to change or you will continue to stay frustrated and unhappy.
It's good to keep in mind that if nothing changes, nothing changes. Things stay as they are, especially you not getting what you need from the relationship and continuing to see to everyone else's needs 👌

THE THREE S’s
The key to achieving any goal in life lies in organizing the “The Three S’s”
STATE, STORY & STRATEGY.
The STATE is the core foundation of your reality, upon which you are building. It is the prism through which you view the outside world. Optimism. Positivity. Belief. These are states that will boost you. And you CHOOSE your state, whether you realize it or not. So here is where you must begin.
The STORY is what you tell yourself about YOU. Whether you can or you can’t. Whether you will ultimately win or not. Strong or weak. Empowered or powerless. Abundance or lack. These are all part of the story you feed your mind about the central character in your life - you.
The STRATEGY is the map you are following to achieve your objective. It should take into account your specific skills to maximize the advantages you have. Your strategy needs to be tailored and it may be altered as you go...but you must have one.
So if you are not where you want to be right now, in any area of your life, then you need to carefully review your three S’s to see which one needs tinkering. Because when you get all three right, progress will be fast and easy to spot. So get on the stick and make it happen for yourself. Use the tools you’ve been given....they are more than enough. You just need to streamline. Start by auditing these three aspects of yourself.
State. Story. Strategy. And then rock hard.
WHO CARES what others think?
Facing your fears can be the biggest roadblock to creating balance in your life.
Happiness and balance can only be created by you (yeah broken record but SERIOUSLY it is!). If you create happiness for others, but not yourself, yikes!
Slam the breaks people, you need to step back and reevaluate.
Fear can be debilitating. It can paralyze you. If you let it.
Yes, the F-word, and no, it’s not my favorite one, though it’s right up there.
Being perceived as a failure for so long has been seen as a negative thing.
I see it as a beautiful, courageous thing. If you’ve failed, you’ve taken a risk.
It means you had the courage to try.
To challenge yourself, to face your fears. If you’ve failed, you’ve won. You’ve taken steps closer to reaching a goal, even if it feels like you were just moving backward.
Today is a gift. Tomorrow’s a new day.
Do something RIGHT NOW to set yourself up for success.
You have the power to create the change you want to see!

I think it's good for a person to spend time alone. It gives them an opportunity to discover who they are and to figure out why they are always alone.

Some days are tougher than others when it comes to chasing after your goals 🤷🏻♂️One thing I try and do is not even give my mind 1 second to debate (like it wants to) when I begin to feel myself being talked or persuaded out of that one thing I am trying to achieve.
