Oh well real winter ❄️ has come to Edinburgh! Cold and snowy ⛄️ days are the perfect time to munch on warm and fulfilling Scottish food. Venison steak 🥩, haggis and tatties 🥔 😋 - it’s like they warm you up from the inside with its deliciousness! Oh and some Brussel sprouts on the side - rich in folic acid and helpful with digestion ☝🏻.

Garden Spinach Potatoes
8 - 10 large potatoes cubed (substitute red for brown potatoes
for a happy meter.😉) 1/2 pkg. Garden Spinach mix
1/3 cup. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Mix Garden Spinach dip mix and EVOO in a bowl with a wire whisk. Pour over potatoes, and toss to coat evenly. Wrap in potatoes in tin foil, and grill until tender.

Bawang putih dan garam blander/pakai bawang putih serbuk. . .
- Balut kentang dengan bawang putih, garam yg sudah di blander. Lalu tambahkan olive oil, aduk merata.
- siapkan mangkok, campur parmesan cheese, origano, rosemary, merica, Cayenne jadi satu, aduk merata.
- panaskan oven di atas 180°C
- siapkan loyang, balut kentang dengan bumbu, kemudian susun rapi diatas loyang dengan bagian kulit dibawah, masukan dlm oven dengan panas 180°C selama 40 menit. Letak dibagian paling atas, agar hasilnya lebih gurih.

Super simple bowl of quinoa, roasted Brussels sprouts, peas, sprouts, chickpeas with hot sauce and everything but the bagel seasoning and of course my favorite almond butter dressing to top it all off 🙌🏻

Roasted Purple Potato Salad ~ Asparagus Tips ~ Butter Lettuce ~ Slivered Almonds ~ Dijon Vinaigrette. Made this purple-licious salad for my birthday lunch yesterday ~ it was one of those buy-whateva-looks-good-at-the-Market type of situations and turn it into a salad. It sure worked on my end ~ hope it does on yours too! And that gorgeous bowl from @luvhaus was my Birthday to myself...
