ITS FRIDAY! 💯👇🏻
As I take a step back to reflect on this week I’m happy with the little progress that I made, but still a little disappointed because I know that I could have done better and there was more progress that could have been made had my diet been a little bit better. But instead of letting that get me discouraged or down, Now I just take the time to set a game plan for next week so that this doesn’t happen again! My diet should be no issue for next week with my @212mealprep order coming in on Monday. But now i just have to make sure I set new goals, put my head down, get focused, and be consistent in and out of the gym!
If you haven’t set some goals then take this weekend as a time to make some, get focused and ready to crush them for the week to come! ALSO, take this as a lesson learned that not every week is going to be great, not every training session is going to insane, you just have to use that as fuel for your 🔥 to work even harder the next week!
