Just a pump day today so working on contraction/squeezing not insane weight but that doesn’t mean it has to be easy.
Have a decline bench set up with plate and a quarter and a double band set up on each side.
The key is to make sure you get that static hold at the top of each rep to really drive more blood into the pec muscle. **of course you can do this on a heavy day also I just like using bands more in isolation/pump days.

The weight loss extra skin..belly hang..is there any hope??? Throwing back on a Tuesday. 💃🏼 to remind you that it IS possible and not to give up. The one question I always asked myself is WILL the SKIN tighten back? After losing the weight? Especially the older we get? Im 42 (on Friday 🎂) and lost 50 pounds. Add that to having 4 kids and the last in my mid 30’s...I gained my weight AFTER my last kid. And I’m finding the more consistent I am, the skin IS responding and tightening. And this is with JUST nutrition and exercise. I don’t use supplements, teas, wraps, creams, fascia blasters, NOTHING..and I’m not interested in using anything. This is my body and I’m damn proud of myself. I do use baby oil and coconut oil. Obviously everyone’s skin and weight loss is different. But I’m really pumped to show you all how I crush it in 2018. Gonna dial it in a bit and see what happens. PS...for those that think I’m sucking 🙄 swipe right for the suck in. And yes.
