Both kids asleep in the car st lunch and I was starving, 1pm not ate since breakfast at 8:30am, so I have to find a drive through, can’t transfer both to a buggy no chance they will both stay asleep! So McDonald’s it had to be?! Are there any others?!? Slipped up this evening and have eaten some things I’m not proud of and that won’t help me in reaching my goal 😞 I’m going to bed now and tomorrow is a new day and I will not carry this on into the weekend and ‘start over on Monday’ which is what I would have done in the past. Tomorrow I continue with the good work I have started and the progress I have already made.
I am absolutely terrible for weighing myself all the time! I know I’m 1lb lighter on SW scales as I do it every week before weigh in 😩🙈 but I haven’t weighed for 2 weeks as I’ve been so busy and been awfully off plan and so last night I weighed and I’m 2lb out of target range!! I am going to weigh in next wed whether I’m out or not, because if I’m not back in range then I have to go to rein myself back in! This is what happens when it’s your sons bday and u make the sweet cones & are a sweetaholic (is that even a thing?!) 😂 posting this here as this will make me commit to getting back in target telling everyone how awful I’ve been 😂🙈 being at target means I don’t have to weigh until 8 weeks has passed (I think) but for me if I don’t weigh every week or every other week then things easily get out of hand! I need to keep a check on this! I will post what I weigh this time next week 👍🏼👍🏼 109% on it!! 😘
🍉 Absolutely starving after group, this definitely hit the spot thank you @annmunnelly_slimmingworld ! Chicken breast was covered in 25g of Doritos hot chilli crisps (6 syns) - I also only had 1 x tbsp light mayo after I’d finished the beans so I didn’t go overboard with it like usual! Proud of myself, finishing today on 13 syns ☺️ #slimmingworld
