This time last week I was at work, sweating, had severe belly ache, had a massive head ache, my trips to the toilet wasn’t great, basically the longest day of my life doing a 14hr shift and was unknown what sort of week was ahead of me!!!! This last week has really taken its toll on me, vomiting blood, blood pouring from both ends, losing over a stone in weight in 5 days, an ambulance picking me up, but still im still not 100%, but I’m starting to feel a lot more human again should I say, after 6 days in bed I’m on my feet a lot more now and I’ve started to eat the food I love again. I won’t be eating as much yet tho I used to, mainly because I’m far from gym active just yet, and my stomach has shrank that much I get full off the slightest thing now lol. CHEESE & MARMITE CRUMPET PUDDING 😍. If you haven't yet tried my savoury crumpet version of bread & butter pudding yet, what are you waiting for?! Here's the recipe for the cheese & marmite one, but there's plenty of other combos on my page 👍.
🧀 Lightly toast 2 crumpets, then spread with marmite to taste.
🧀 Cut the crumpets in half and arrange in a baking dish with 50g grated cheese.
🧀 Whisk 2 eggs with a drop of milk and pour over the crumpets. Sprinkle the top with a little more cheese.
🧀 Bake at 180C for 15 - 20 mins.
🧀 Devour 😋.

A workout themed #throwbackthursday today 💪🏼🙌🏼 from almost the very start of my weight loss, I’ve always tried to exercise a few times a week. A lot of people message me worried that they will gain weight if they start exercising and yes, it’s true that for the first few weeks you may gain a few pounds in water retention etc but I’m proof that if you persevere you can definitely build your fitness whilst losing weight! The benefits I’ve personally got from working out and running have been amazing, it boosts my mood as well as my fitness, I’ve gained confidence and feel so much pride when I go for a good run or try out something new in the gym! It’s also definitely improved my shape - I’ve been the same weight before (a long time ago 🙈) as I am now and looking back at old pictures I can tell that I look better because of it 😊 exercise doesn’t have to be intimidating - even starting out with a short walk will build up to big results!
