Как распознать хроническую усталость и побороть.
Задерживаешься на работе, потом по приходу домой готовишь есть, моешь посуду. Времени на себя не остаётся, и ты идешь спать. И каждый раз думаешь : " будет выходной и я высплюсь и отдохну за всю эту неделю"... В итоге после выходных прибавления сил не ощущается, да и отдохнувшим видом не похвастуешься.
Несмотря на сильную усталость ворочаешься всю ночь, в итоге спишь от силы часа 4, что сильно усугубляет ситуацию.
Нужно постараться засыпать и просыпаться в одно и тоже время. Быстрого эффекта это не возымеет, потребуется терпение.
✔️Расслабиться перед сном.
Попробовать расслабиться. Отключить ноутбук и телефон, выпить горячего молока, и принять тёплый душ. Принимать ванну перед сном не советую, так как эта процедура разгоняет "метаболизм", а значит снимает сонливость.
Пешии прогулки заменяются общественным транспортом, а подъем на пятый этаж с пакетом продуктов даётся уже не так легко.
Умеренные нагрузки помогут снять стресс и приведут тело в тонус. Но вся эта активность должна происходить за 2-3 часа до сна.
Либо кушать не хочется совсем, либо происходят постоянные перекусы.

Завтрак, обед, полдник и ужин - все по расписанию. Со временем чувство голода и сытости нормализуется.
Если все вышеперечисленное не помогает, значит причины возникновения усталости более серьезные и стоит обратится к врачу.
This past week has been a stressful and emotional rollercoaster ride! Among a lot of feels and thoughts were missing my grandpa dearly and doubting my entrepreneurship (despite all the hours I've been working lately OMG! 😒)
Mindfulness was not enough to pull me through (shocker 🙀), and I just wanted to give recognition to my confidante and soul sister @ashley_chloe for always grounding me and listening to my venting tirelessly and with full support 👯, the stranger driving next to me who made sure I was ok when he saw that I was crying 👍(lol), and my Director of Marketing @mspresident93 who merely shared her observations on my management and leadership skills (she has no idea how much strength i found in that (thank you for sharing! 😁). .
Social connections, no matter how close or distant, personal or professional, are so important and needed in addition to being mindful. So, make sure you give yourself time to unplug and connect IRL. One thing I don't get is why everyone doesn't hire a wedding coordinator. They can save you so much stress, and lead you in the right direction when making huge choices for your wedding (or telling you you are making a huge mistake). Assuming it's your first wedding, having someone who has been around for several years and making sure that everything runs smoothly is a no-brainer.
Yes, I do work some weddings that don't have a coordinator. A lot of details that get planned end up not being used (details) and some happenings (or events that you wanted to happen) on the day need to be skipped in order to run on time when you don't have a coordinator. Sometimes the flow of the event is not smooth. Luckily, a few weddings do go smoothly without one. Let me point out that I mentioned the word 'FEW'. Oh goodness.... please get a coordinator. Have you ever accidentally ripped the removal tab off a Command strip? No worries, just grab your hair dryer and a piece of dental floss! Blow your hair dryer on the strip for 20-30 seconds, then wiggle the dental floss between the adhesive part of the strip and the surface it’s stuck to. You should be able to “cut” through the rest of the adhesive with the floss and remove the strip successfully.
clips are from one of my ab workouts. i was suppoused to film my cardio, but we got focused and forgot to film it. which leads me to my 3 tips for you today...
they are number one use progressive overload. notice how i dont waste time doing thosands of crunches, or even super long planks. instead i pick movements that fatigue the muscle more quickly. you dont have to do these exact movements just something that challenges you in a lower rep range. tip number 2 use a short rest period you dont need to rest that long between sets. this will help you fatigue the muscle faster giving you a better workout and more time in your day to get out and enjoy life outside of the gym. and lastly tip number 3 dont forget compound movements are a great way to train your abs. im talking squats, deadlifts, pullups, rows, overhead pressing, handstands ect. focus on engaging your core on those big compound lifts.

We make sure to use good old @rustoleumusa#coldgalvanizing inside all of them when we open them up and do the repair. Make sure to wear a respirator when welding these areas back up. On this A coupe we are notching the chassis and reinforcing the shock mount as we convert it over to 911 IRS suspension. #rustrepair#rustprevention#rustoleum
In a sense there really are no "fat loss foods" because what fat loss comes down to is being in a calorie deficit. And there isn't a food or drink out there that can't be fit into that deficit in moderation.
That being said, however, there are undoubtedly food and drink options that are very "friendly" or conducive to that goal. Anything that is low calorie, high volume, nutrient-rich and convenient, high-protein, and high fiber will generally fall into this category. Check part 1 for more detailed explanations of these.
I've given some options for most of those above.
But what about the BEER?! I can hear the hopeful disbelief already.
I'm not going to tell you that beer is really low cal or nutritious. Because its not. But it is something that a lot of us REALLY enjoy, myself included, and life is meant to be lived.
Fitting foods and drinks like that in your diet in moderation is one of the keys to sustainability.
Always remember, its not about the "perfect diet"....it's about living a healthy lifestyle that can last. That's how you see long-term results.
