Miso Soup to soothe the soul. I had leftover silken tofu from a vegan cheese attempt so I decided to make miso soup to use it up. ~
Silken tofu + vegetable broth + miso + nori + dried mushrooms + ginger + garlic + curly kale + rice vinegar + red onion + wild rice
I don't think I've ever been more stressed out from Black Friday... and I haven't even left my bed yet #onlineshoppingproblems (help me) ..in other news, here's a photo that doesn't match my caption whatsoever 🙃 Made these lemon date squares the other day to determine what the Christmas dinner dessert menu will have (also my excuse to bake)

Thanks to everyone who has stuck around with me these past few months (I know I've been absent! I do try and share stories every now and then, but it's inconsistent).
