I had forgotten about this picture but not the feeling of that day. I remember feeling like everyone could see every ounce of fat on my body and hated that I felt terrible about myself on a day that was focused around doing good for others. But when I look at this picture I’m happy. Happy because slowly but surely I’m making progress. Be kinder to yourself and give yourself the credit you deserve. Day 3-adding my pre workout drink today to see if it’ll help me fly through the cardio core workout planned for today. Going for half of my pre-workout meal now, and other half after.
I feel like this is my week to figure out what works best for my body😊 & I love the flexibility of this program in allowing me to move meals around! That being said, I am going to stay as true to the overall plan as much as possible! They didn’t test this whole thing for a year for nothing!

✋🏻: CHANGE SPEEDS - I slowed the video down to help y’all see other negatives but a major reason why Rubio was picked was due to no change of speed. No change means no sell and this allowed Thompson to sit on the move!!!
✋🏻: DIP SHOULDERS - Yes it’s true that you want to initially attack with shoulders facing the defender but as you go by, those shoulders need to dip for PROTECTION!!!
✋🏻: BALL TO POCKET - (Now I over-exaggerated to show you) this one is tough and advanced. The ANGLE of the crossover needs to be moving forward BUT as that Foot goes by, the ball should rotate back to that pocket/hip for protection!!
