🎉GUILT FREE🎉Gluten Free 💝Can be Vegan Too!! Cake in a mug...what a nice treat! I found a tasty 4 ingredient cake that will hit your sweet tooth but not your waistline 🙌 *Add a banana, 2 tablespoons of nut butter (I did natural PB) and a tablespoon of cocoa (used Hershey's which is vegan cacao) to the blender until it makes a smooth cream
*Add in a handful of chocholate chips (mine were not vegan) and blend
*Put your mixture in a coffee mug and cook in microwave for 1 min. Add extra chocolate chips on top if you like
I really enjoyed this recipe because it is flourless and eggless! Let me know if you try it 😀
I used to hate beets as a kid! 😝 They get such a bad rep. Honestly they're one of my favorite veggies now. This toast was outta this world.. just avo & raw beets. So good. I also made some fresh beet juce today and it's superb just needs a splash of lemon and thats it! I gave some to Ivy and she cried when I took it away! 😂
So, I know this is a random post but I wanted to grab everyone's attention. This is Wednesday and I normally don't do #wcw posts but hey, it's a new year so why not?! @noelle_best posted this picture the other day posing with meat she got at Costco and ohhhhhh boy she got soooo much hate. People were calling her an animal killer and saying she's a disgusting human being for eating meat. Obviously they were a bunch of Vegans and Vegetarians lashing out at her which is extremely embarrassing for me because I AM A VEGETARIAN! However, I do not go around pushing my beliefs onto others. I do not care if you eat meat. I do not care what you do with your life. #liveyourlife and #dowhatmakesyouhappy // I am disgusted with how many judgmental people are out there pointing their fingers at others when they need a good look in the mirror. I'm so sick of the hate in this world and sick of people bashing others for something they believe in or something that makes them happy. I think if everyone just minded their own business instead of ripping them apart this world would be a different place. .
After seeing how much hate this sweet girl got for just taking a simple picture with some meat she got at a dang grocery store it really infuriated me. Because let's be real for one second people. All of the b.s vegans on Instagram can pose with their green b.s organic smoothies BUT meat eaters can't pose with their meal? Hmmm...sounds like a lot of hypocrisy! Anyway, I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for posting this picture so bring it on! I'm a vegetarian and honestly thinking of eating meat again. I haven't had meat in almost 10 years and I think this year is the year to start. #bringonthemeat .
P.S. she's a very beautiful girl! ❤️😍

Coconut oil has many great benefits for your health. Not only can you put it on your skin to moisturize and protect, or eat it for nutrients, but a coconut oil mouthwash can aid in maintaining good oral health.
Medicine of the Ancients
Coconut oil has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine, and has recently been gaining popularity with the increased interest in all-natural health care products. Many health professionals are beginning to recommend more holistic treatments in conjunction with traditional medicine practices.
In a nutshell, Ayurveda is the state of keeping one’s body in balance. By balancing the three Doshas, or body elements, it is believed by some to help a person reach optimal health. Perhaps there is a correlation between the balance of mind, body and soul with modern medicine.
Here’s what we know about coconut oil and its benefits to oral care:
Bye, Bye Bad Breath
Unlike other oils such as sesame and sunflower, coconut oil contains lauric acid, which is a natural anti-microbial agent. By killing bad bacteria in your mouth and absorbing them in coconut oil, you can remove one of the main causes of bad breath – bacteria.
Bad breath can also be caused by serious dental issues, which makes it important to discuss all oral care plans with your dentist.
Strong, Resilient Teeth
Coconut Oil also aids in the absorption of calcium, an important mineral in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Calcium helps keep teeth strong and resistant to decay, which can reduce risk of the formation of cavities and enamel erosion.
Maintaining Healthy Gums
Gum disease like gingivitis can be devastating to your mouth. Your gums are alive and protect vital tooth structure, which protects the root of your teeth. Your gums protect all the bones in your mouth and you should treat them well.
