in the country i’m from, i get asked all the time about how i do all these things, why i always go against the odds, why do i risk so much, why do i want to move across the world and chase some voice in my heart, why am I not more afraid, why i dont care about money... i dont have answers but one thing i know - that this is what living with God makes you do. He makes the voice inside of you even stronger and he’ll give you courage to risk and hear what he’s saying to you this whole time through your heart, through others, through bible.. He’s there when you mess up and helps you find a new way when things don’t go as planned. I’m still a rookie but i know that everything in life has changed for me when God found me. I wish everyone has a choice or an option like that. if i can ever help anyone of you with that, I would really love to, just reach out.
Who doesn’t love a gorgeous sunset photo of Mt. Redoubt as the clouds cover the city of Anchorage below?! Mount Redoubt is an active stratovolcano in the largely volcanic Aleutian Range in Western #Alaska. Elevation: 10,197 ft. #volcano#sunset
Here’s a throwback for you all this afternoon! The temperature outside today made me think of the evening I spent with these two—I mean, three! 🌤🌸✨ I’m getting so excited for our next maternity shoot...I feel like @taygal_ and I have been planning it forever! 💛
Do you know that Brisbane has a cider bar and had done so for many years? Verve cafe is a subterranean space under the Metro Arts complex in Edward Street. Not only do they have a dazzling array of ciders and other drinks to try but they also do delicious food and much of it has a gluten free option! I went there one Saturday night with a friend and we had a gluten free pasta and a blue cheese and bacon risotto. I also had an apple cider cinnamon slushie that was just divine. The portions of food are generous but they do have takeaway container's so you can enjoy it later! Here's a warning, it is popular for both dinner and lunch so book ahead if you have more than a few people. Also it does get loud with so many people in the basement space. In saying that the good and drink do make it worth it. #littlemissbrisbane#verve#hiddenbar#ciderbar
The scablands in eastern Washington are one of my favorite landscapes in the PNW. The terrain was formed by a series of cataclysmic floods over the course of a 2,000 year period and is the closest representation we have to certain landforms on Mars. Needless to say, driving through this part of the country is a pretty surreal experience. I snapped this photo of the basalt rock formations through our car window on our drive down to Oregon this past week. I love the way they have formed along the curve of the hill. Much of the terrain is treeless and barren, but there is something about its desolation that is truly breathtaking.

On the walk to the train station in Cártama, greeted by the countryside of Málaga, Spain. Link in bio.
Deeming this the week of throwbacks because I stumbled upon a whole swath of untouched photos from Europe and it's making me so nostalgic. This one is from an April afternoon's stroll down the colorful streets of Valencia, Spain. 😌 #valenciagram#alainakeuroarchives
Reflections of the Columbia River Gorge. Can't wait to get back out to the Northwest over Easter break. Also this color palette is the most calming thing I've seen all week and I think I can physically feel stress leaving my body so 👍🏻 to it almost being the weekend(ish).
Doesn't matter if I had to scrape frost off my windshield this morning because the new @coldplay album came out last night and it's put me in my happy place on the southern coast of Oregon. #PassportToCreativity#MadeThis
Sunsets at Seal Rock Beach in Oregon, also known as the "happy place" I plan on escaping to often through finals week. Can't believe I'm about to finish my first semester of my senior year of college - the adult world is officially too close for comfort. #PassportToCreativity#MadeThis

"For now she need not think of anybody. She could be herself, by herself. And that was what now she often felt the need of - to think; well not even to think. To be silent; to be alone. All the being and the doing, expansive, glittering, vocal, evaporated; and one shrunk, with a sense of solemnity, to being oneself, a wedge-shaped core of darkness, something invisible to others... and this self having shed its attachments was free for the strangest adventures."

Chased the sunset all the way to the Oregon Coast.
Inspired by our meal last night to create our own version of tapas! We were able to see some amazing art today at the Prado and are now surrounded by our Airbnb host's beautiful work. Tomorrow is our last day in Madrid and to say that we are sad to leave would be an understatement; we are already crying about it. #Airbaenbae#AirbnbPhoto#Madrid

We haven't slept in over 24 hours, our feet are dirty and blistering, and I am already sunburnt, but we are happy to be chillin' with los Madrileños in the capital of España! #Madrid#Spain#travel#alainakeuroarchives
