Post workout green smoothie with spinach, chia, goji berries, and strawberries. I topped it with goji berries, strawberries, date paste, and pumpkin seed butter. I’m not even going to lie I totally threw stuff together here but it tastes sooooo good. I’m also really proud of myself for making the date paste and pumpkin seed butter, and date paste is now my permanent sweetener. This is my new favorite smoothie recipe and I didn’t even use much fruit, it’s mostly spinach. In fact, half of it is just a spinach smoothie which I tasted before combining the parts to fill up his jar and even that was good thanks to the date paste. I’ve always been intimidated by cooking fish, but it really can be rather easy and fast to prepare this delicious and super healthy meal.
Wild-caught cod is packed with protein and omega-3s, filling you up and fighting inflammation, and cauliflower rice is a yummy alternative to grains that sneaks some veggies into your diet. Cook both with some grass-fed cow butter for more omega-3s (and a lot more flavor, obviously!). You can substitute any wild-caught fish in this recipe, but I hear Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson eats over 800 lbs of cod per year, so obviously it’s my top choice. 💪🏻😉 Such an easy, delicious, and healthy meal should be in the rotation, so give it a shot when you’re short on time and needing some fuel! 🐠 🐟 🎣

"I’ve been craving yellow food recently!! I find myself dumping turmeric into everything I make haha I think I need a bit of sunshine. This bowl is a gift from the #mealprep gods (aka myself on Sunday night 😋). It includes roasted butternut squash topped with @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, purple sweet potato fries and heart, and @miraclenoodle shirataki noodles in a sunshine dressing I made with turmeric, lemon juice, a tiny bit of veggie broth, coriander, and cumin, topped with thyme from my garden!" .⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
🔹1 Package of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair .
🔹1 Butternut squash .
🔹Avocado oil spray .
🔹1 Purple sweet potato .
🔹Spice mix of choice .
🔹Hemp hearts .
🔹2 tablespoons of lemon juice .
🔹3 tablespoons vegan veggie broth .
🔹1 tablespoon of turmeric .
🔹1 teaspoon cumin .
🔹1 teaspoon cardamom .
🔹Salt to taste .
1.) Preheat the over to 450. Cut squash in half lengthwise and spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a pan or a foil-lined baking sheet for an hour or till done. You should be able to stick a fork in with no giveback. Carefully peel the skin off, add squash to a large bowl and mash with your favorite spice mix. .
2.) Cut thin slices from the purple sweet potato. Spray with avocado oil and sprinkle spice mix on both sides. Bake in the oven at 450° F for 20 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes. .
3.) Rinse Miracle Noodle for 1 min, boil for 2 mins, drain, return to the empty hot pan and dry noodles over medium heat till water is absorbed. .
4.) Add lemon juice to the noodles in the pan, along with vegan veggie broth, followed by turmeric, cumin, cardamom, and salt to taste. .
5.) Assemble into a bowl and top with fresh thyme and hemp hearts. Enjoy!

1 sachet JP chocolate protein powder
2 tbls cacao
1 Tbls chia seeds
1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds
1/3 cup goji berries
1/2 desiccated coconut
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup count oil
1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut syrup 👌
Wizz it all together in your blender, combine together to make little balls (makes aprox 15 balls) roll them in your favourite topping and viola, delicious, nutritious treats ready when you are 😉😘

There’s so many different healthy alternatives out there and lately I’ve been loving brown rice pasta 🙌🏼 This vegetarian pasta dish is super easy, delicious, and perfect for a meal prepped dinner 👏🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Ingredients:
•@jovialfoods brown rice pasta
•4 handfuls of spinach
•can of diced tomatoes
•package of mushrooms •1/2 yellow onion
•vegetable stock •1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
How to make:
•in a large pot over medium heat, pour olive oil and place in chopped mushrooms + onions for 5 minutes
•add garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
•bring to high heat, add tomatoes + stock, and bring to a boil
•add pasta, stir, bring to low/medium heat and cover for 7-11 mins or until pasta is cooked
•add spinach and parm until combined

Almond butter brownie thins 🙏🏼•• Made these bites with one of my favorite babes @jacqgould last week, and we are so obsessed. Simple, real ingredients. Low sugar and so easy to make. Recipe below!
¼ cup natural, unsalted creamy almond butter
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
¾ cup cacoa powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, whisked
1 2.5 oz dark chocolate bar, crushed (or 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips)
Optional: sliced strawberries for topping
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, and coconut oil until well combined.
3. Add cacoa powder in ¼ cup increments, whisking until well mixed.
4. Whisk in vanilla, salt and eggs, until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in almond flour until a thick batter form. Fold in chocolate.
5. Pour batter into pan. Using the rubber spatula, smooth batter into an even layer. Optional: top with favorite berry or other fruit.
6. Bake for 26-28 minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
