We’ve had a teeny bit of snow the past few days!! Neo and I are loving it, Talulla and Galen, not so much!! Neo’s trot is a little choppy so I’m thinking his toe is bothering him again. Back to vet in the next few days.
On a lighter note, Galen and I are headed up to Seattle with a few new acquaintances to all visit the Enagic headquarters as a group! I think it’ll be really educational and inspiring for us. We’re starting to get a lot more serious about our business and things are really starting to come together!! So excited! ✨❄️💧❄️✨
Lombardy 🇮🇹 ... this is a shoot during the event SORGENTEDELVINO Live 2018. Another small winery who hugged the biological thinking and thanks God they did it! ( That was my palate who was speaking 😁 ).
The winery is “Ca’ del Conte” and it’s located to Rivanazzano Terme (PV) so they are in Oltrepò Pavese (famous for sparkling wines).
They produces several labels none is a sparkling wine. 🙂
I’m going to talk about ones of them very soon.
Thanks to the girls @eightstems for taking care of our floral arrangements for the weekend. A good pop of colour for the restaurant!
Join us tomorrow for Friday Nights @contentiouscharacter. Wood fired pizzas, fresh pasta, and seasonal salads being served from 5. See you there!

The Dune House, half-sunk into the dunes on the northern coast of the island of Terschelling, Netherlands. The view over the dunes and the North Sea are breathtaking. It was designed by Marc Koehler Architects.⠀

That Mongeard-Mugneret Clos de Vougeot 2011 looks fantastic. What a shot from @hungry.md 👍🏻💯 More importantly he really enjoyed the 2011 Mongeard-Mugneret wine saying “2011’s now, are such easy and comfortable drinkers!’ That is what Bruce from Wine Spectator predicted when he scored it 89 points. He pointed out that 2017 would be the best time to start drinking this wine. You can still find the Mongeard-Mugneret available online. If you are a fan of Beef, Veal, Game (deer or venison) or Poultry this wine is great now and over the next several years will be outstanding!!! •
Score - Wine Spectator- 89
This red shows an herbal tinge, along with strawberry, currant and spice flavors. Lean for the appellation, with a persistent finish. Best from 2017 through 2025. − Bruce Sanderson
