Also I have a new toy😩 recently got a slam ball and you guys I love and hate this thing😂 I wanted a ball that I would be able do multiple reps with but also still be challenging for me. So I chose a 20lb one. Slam balls come in various different weights and is filled with sand. It has a hard rubbery exterior so its non slipping. If you don’t switch up your workout routine, It’ll get boring. Boring= losing interest and losing interest makes it easier to quit and we can’t have that🚫 to combat that I always try to incorporate different ideas. This workout is also perfect for beginners! Even if you don’t have a slam ball, just grab the heaviest dumb bell you have and do the same moves. No excuses!
I love a workout that requires explosive movements. Slam balls are perfect for full body movements. My thighs, core, arms and shoulders were DONE the next day. Using the slam ball with these moves engages the entire body.
Go HARD on each move for 30 seconds each and then take a 30 second break. Do these 6 exercises and repeat for 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level! Tailor this workout to fit into what works best for you!
