Okay peeps - today is the day we give thanks...and indulge in yummy home-cooked meals. Woooo! Let's be real - not many of us are thinking about exercising or healthy eating habits on this day! Don't you worry - I GOT YOU! Check out these tips for a fit and healthy holiday, without sacrificing any flavor or fun:
1. DO IT FAST. Up early? Start your day with a quick workout. Check out my IG page for quick workouts 💪🏽
2. DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. It is tempting to“save your appetite” for dinner, but this is not a good idea. You will find yourself binging on food to make up for missed meals.
3. HYDRATE. Make sure to drink water throughout the day. Not drinking enough H2O could spark hunger pangs, which may actually be thirst!
4. USE A SMALLER PLATE. Stick all those Thanksgiving sides on a smaller plate. Bigger plates often encourage you to fill it up to take up space -even if you're not THAT hungry!
5. CHEW SLOWLY. Take a chill pill when digging into that dinner plate! It's okay to be a slowpoke - chewing slowly could mean less calories consumed.
6. WAIT FOR SECONDS. Hold off after your first plate. Wait for 15-20min before grabbing seconds - this is how long it takes for your stomach to tell your mind that you "feel full".
7. DON'T DENY DESSERT. The holidays shouldn’t be about restricting certain foods—just try to enjoy them in moderation! Stick to one slice of pie.
8. BUST A MOVE. Turn on some tunes and jam with the fam! This will get your blood flowing and help you digest all that stuffing!

🔪CREMA DE CHAMPIÑONES Y BONIATO ROJO🔪 🔻INGREDIENTES 4 pax:
-1/2 pimiento rojo
-1 boniato rojo
- Aceite, agua y sal. ✅ELABORACIÓN:
▪️Hacemos un sofrito con todo, podemos añadirle un poco de pimentón y cuando esté listo agregamos el boniato. ▪️Cubrimos de agua y dejamos cocer unos 20 minutos. ▪️Trituramos, pasamos por el chino y listo. ▪️Salteamos unos champis, y unas pipas de calabaza y se lo ponemos por encima. 🔻Espero disfrutéis de esta deliciosa receta.
