My methods for taking preworkout constantly change as I try and prevent my body from building a tolerance to it too quickly.
Today I took my @1upnutrition 1Up Pre in two doses. 1/2 Scoop 30 minuets before my workout and another 1/2 Scoop in the middle of my workout...if you find yourself building a tolerance I’d suggest eating a couple hours before your take it so your food has time to digest, allowing the preworkout to give a stronger more potent effect.
